Hi everyone!

I am new to the forum, I would like to advice me which programme can i use for free for the exams.Any ideas?

Hi Pegnas,

Welcome to the forum!

The examinations are designed so that you can use any major software package (including but not limited to Sage, Xero, VT, Quickbooks, MYOB etc)

However, some of the packages use different terminology for the reports, or they may produce 2 reports instead of just 1. This is not a problem, as long as you produce the information required, the layout is not so important.

Thank you very much James. I am using turbo cash it seems  very similar with the mock exam paper. Have you ever use this programme?

I think that it would be a great idea to be familiar with the major software companies that you could use to practice yourself with.  Sure enough, there will be a variety and number of ways to attack it but it would be great to start from the ground up.

As said here, there are a number of times when you would be getting a number of results instead of just one, and in that sense, if you could carry out the same for both results, then it would not matter anyway.
