Hello All,

I am currently working towards taking my Level III Payroll exam, and I have a few questions.

1/
In the mock exam 2011-2012 Creative Remedies Ltd it goes on about one of the employer receives a notice of a Fine Enforcement Earnings Attachment for one of the employees. Can anyone tell me where I can find any information about what this is?

2/
I'm using moneysoft to take my exam and I have just checked the results for week 1, and my figures match for all except Employees NIC where my values are 6p less than the answers provided.
For example for Wendy Bachelor I have her NIC as £61.32 but the answer provided is £61.38
Her gross pay is £650 and uisng table A, she doesn't pay NIC on the earnings below the primary threshold £139, leaving £511, which she pay 12% NIC giving £61.32.
Has anyone else seen this difference or can someone give me an idea as where I might be going wrong.

Thanks
Torben
